What the tool is

Waterfall IQ calculates how proceeds would be shared between classes of securities, using only the terms you enter. It is provided as is.

What it is not

It is not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice, and not a valuation opinion. The rights of each class are set by the company's governing documents, which prevail over anything the tool shows. You are responsible for checking the inputs against those documents.

Your content

You own what you enter and the reports you produce. You are responsible for having the right to use the information you enter.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions made using the tool. Full terms will be published before launch.
